Stress can be defined in many ways. Whatever your definition is will likely depend on where you are personally, professionally and privately. Stress can come from every corner of your life. However only you can control to what degree it affects you. Stress rarely goes away by itself. Many times difficult decisions must be made that includes breaking away from the source. Our suggestion is to write all your feelings down and once done, give advice to the writer.
